Here are some recipes for making your own frozen yogurt. Most can be made completely non-fat by using non-fat milk and non-fat yogurt in place of milk and yogurt in the recipes. We recomend that you use a high quality ice cream maker to freeze these mixes as yogurts require a longer freezing time than ice cream. |
